I just read Lisa's post about the cold in Columbus. While it is not
-12 degrees here this morning, I have to say my thermometer read 23 degrees. That is cold for the Northwest! And the fog froze into a hard frost. I went out and ran 5 miles this morning. It was brisk, but I actually enjoy being out in the cold. The intersections can be a little slick, so caution is a good idea. The Northwest, with all it's seasons and changing weather, is a great place to live!

I think I would be dying but I am glad you enjoy it and you are right it could be worse. I have a brother in Michigan and they have a wind chill of below zero - can you even go out in that?
